• Product staging
• Photography backdrop and lighting set up
• Knowledge of photographic equipment and lenses
• Enhance, retouch, and resize photographs
• Ability to mask, outline photographs and change backgrounds on images
• Determine desired images, picture composition, select and adjust subjects, equipment, and lighting to achieve desired effects.
• Adjust apertures, shutter speeds, and camera focus based on a combination of factors such as lighting, field depth, subject motion, film type, and film speed.
• Create artificial light, using flashes and reflectors.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop
• Formal training or degree in photography
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude. Must possess the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized.
• Professional appearance.
• Strong work ethic.
• Reliable transportation. Travel to client locations is required.
• Sales of Interactive Design, Graphic Design, Print Design, Web Site Design, Marketing Campaigns and SEO packages and managing projects.
• Identify and secure new corporate accounts.
• Establish, build and maintain new client relationships through prospecting and referral based sales calls.
• Work with individual business clients to determine their creative design needs.
• Daily routine will consist of setting appointments with local prospective corporate clients and meeting with them in their place of business.
• Manage project activities to meet sales goals.
• Meet or exceed monthly projected sales goals.
• Manage Account Receivables for project client base.
• Proven outside sales experience required, preferably in creative design industry.
• Strong cold calling, new business development, and prospecting skills.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable about graphic design, interactive design and web technologies.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude. Must possess the ability to work independently.

• Production of Interactive Design, Ecommerce, Graphic Design, Print Design, Web Site Design, Marketing Campaigns and SEO packages and managing projects.
• Maintain client relationships through delivering high quality services.
• Work with individual business clients to fulfill their creative design needs.
• Designing and developing within a defined budget
• Working closely with superiors on designing and developing to meet Company standards
• 2 yrs. experience working with PHP, MySQL, HTML, HTML5, CSS, AJAX and JQuery.
• 2 yrs. experience working with Adobe Creative Suite; Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver
• Strong work ethic.
• Self motivated with a positive attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
